A Bit About Me

I am a Master's student in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, coming from a background in mechanism design, controls, and wearable robotics. My work spans cable- and tendon-driven systems, sim-to-real reinforcement learning, and multimodal sensing — including a cable-driven hip exosuit, a tail for quadruped balance recovery, and vision-augmented gait perception fusing camera, IMU, and force data. I like building the physical systems that make data worth collecting, and I'm increasingly drawn to the learning and perception side of robotics: how that data becomes capable, general policies.
